About Me

I am a 35 year old guy that lives in Des Moines. I guess I am a pretty laid back person........I enjoy everything from a quiet evening at home to a crazy night out. I feel comfortable in a lot of different environments, so I can handle everything from a nice restaurant, to...well you get the idea........I think that my best attribute is that I am a good listener. I believe that honesty and trust are very important qualities to have, and I do my best to possess both of them.........I have never been married, and have no kids, but do have a 5 year old nephew, he is my "little buddy" and I can say that I have learned a lot from him.One of my biggest pet peeves is people that speak ebonics. I think that people go out of the way to destroy a language that we have fought to speak.....I guess that I am pretty political, and try to keep up on current events. I think that it's sad when people have no idea whats going on outside of their world

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I do not have time for a game player, and will probably get really sick of things shortly after the games start. I guess thats a warning. If I want to play games, I will buy a checker board, haha I want someone that has their sights looking at the future, instead of being caught up in past misfortunes. I want someone that can challenge me intellectually and make me laugh at the same time. Someone that is willing to have an opinion on things around and be willing to have a friendly debate do defend it. I want someone that sees the glass as half full, but at the same time realizes when it is bone dry, but realizes too, when it just needs more ice.. I want someone that likes to have a good time, without a lot of drama. As far as relationships are concerned, there are many dynamics that I find important.
