I'm a disc jockey, a writer, an events host/organizer, an artist, an athlete, a student, a performer, a shopaholic, an audio-partyphile, and a full-time bitch. I am my own boss and I play by nobody's rules except my own. I don't have repercussions when it comes to speaking my mind. I get what I want and I do everything possible to achieve whatever it is I set my mind into. I am passionate about the people and the things I love. I have a smart head and an attitude I effing know how to use when necessary. I am a people-person and parties are my mecca. I try to always be independent and if I can do things myself, I avoid bothering others. I live on coffee, nicotine, literature, and an occasional bitchfest. I am a woman and I know how to love and take care of myself. That way, I'd be able to love and take care of other people too, in the best way possible.

I listen to basically all genres, although I do have a leaning towards jazz, chillout, world music, ambient, house, trip-hop, funk, glam, progressive, indie rock, hiphop, and r&b.

Books:

Oh gawd.. I read a lot. To specify which books have caught my fancy would indeed by very tedious. Suffice it to say that I'm not so much of a pro-popular reader but I do love 'The Devil Wears Prada.'

Daria's wit & sarcasm, Angelina Jolie's brooding sensuality & attitude, Gwyneth Paltrow's femininity & classic elegance, Kate Moss' fashion sense & bone structure, Jessica Zafra's & Franz Kafka's literary genius, Barbie Almalbis' & Anton Ramos' musical expertise, and my beautiful, hardworking, passionate, loving, and forgiving mother Shirley Perez -- all rolled into one.
