I'm a free-spirited artist, living in a secluded area in the driftless region of Wisconsin.
I paint blacklight backdrops and children's bedrooms and I love music festivals.
For my regular job, I give workshops on building faerie furniture, cottages and homes at various educational facilities, camps and botanical gardens, and I do hypnosis. I also do blacklight LiveArt with my friend, Chuck Hughes, also known as "Art guy." I have shown my artwork in the Chicago area, Minneapolis, Iowa, Madison, and at the Longbranch Gallery in Mineral Point, WI. (www.longbranchgallery.com) I was also featured last year in Faerie Magazine with two full pages of my work and won Wildfire's Blacklight Artist of the Month for my section of the Live Art painting I painted with Art Guy at The Harvest Festival in Minnesota.I am an NGH certified hypnotherapist and I love helping people get over deep and personal issues once and for all through the power of the subconscious mind.I've been a world traveler since I was 4 years old. My mom used to take me to a different country almost every year.

My kids crack me up. If I feel unhappy about something, I think about one of the things they've said and it makes me smile instantly. I like Zak's optomism on the playground.
