About Me

I grew up in Memphis but moved away when I joined the Navy right out of high school. I traveled around the world for 6 years and moved back in 2000. I was so bored and lonely here, I began teaching salsa lessons to friends in my garage. At that time, I was working on my bachelor degree in business and so I began applying those principles I learned in school to real life. I later partnered up with a pro-salsa dancer from L.A. and formed Salsa Memphis, a Latin dance organization in Memphis with connections to anything salsa related in the Mid-South. I loooove to dance salsa and I hope to share my passion with the entire city.
I'm a great listener when you've got something serious to say. If you like to talk about business, sports, life, culture, religion, history, travel, world/local politics, computers, the opposite sex, and scuba diving... then we definitely have a lot to talk about! My Interests

Salsa dancing, working out, jogging, travel, computers, watching the NBA, meeting new people, crashing parties I'm not invited to, and anything that has mentions having to go to the beach!

I'd like to meet:

I'm all about genuine people that are open, honest, and friendly. I really hate fake attitudes and phony people. Just be yourself, that's how I like [email protected]

Music:

Salsa! Salsa! Salsa! I do like the other stuff: Bachata, Merengue, Reggaeton, Cumbia, and Latin Pop. Aside from all that Latin stuff, I grew up listening to the oldies, disco, and the 80's music. I'm also a huge fan of Guns N' Roses and ACDC!

Movies:

The last good movie I saw was Superman Returns and the last good movie I rented was Dodgeball. Besides comedies, I really enjoy horror movies because I like the adrenaline rush.

Television:

I really don't watch much tv since I go to sleep at crazy hours.

Books:

I read when I have to but if its for leisure, then I enjoy reading the newspaper or magazines on world events, science, sports, and women (of course).

Heroes:

My hero is my father. He taught me so much by being a good example and role model. I just hope I can be successfully happy and retired like him one day.
