As some of you may already know, we have decided to close our doors due to problems with capacity issues that we have been dealing with almost since our opening two years ago. It saddens us to close the club, but running the club as a live music venue in the location we are in is almost impossible due to the many neighbors that complain about the loud music late nights, lack of on-site parking, and of course the capacity.
We appreciate the patronage of everyone that came through our doors, especially our incredible staff, our loyal regulars, and the many, many great bands that have played at LaCocina over the past two years. I myself have made many great friends from all over the country and abroad because of LaCo’s, and I’ll miss all of you. Thanks once again for your friendship, and patronage!
