The song, "Open Window" - from the just released second Envelope album "Open Roads Lonely Trains", has been placed on American TV show, "One Tree Hill" - produced by Warner Bros.
Moreover, the song "In the Money", from the same album, has just been released by the very popular Finnish artist, Simo Silmu. His album, "In the Red House" (Warner Music), is currently number five on the Finnish album charts.

CHRISTOFFER HØYER
Christoffer is a writer/performer/producer who has been writing songs since he was a little boy.
He has been involved in the music industry for many years and is collaborating with major writers in Scandinavia, the United Kingdom, the United States and Japan.
SONGS ON AMERICAN TV SHOWS:
In 2004, two of Christoffer’s songs from the Envelope album, “Stay”, got placed on the American TV show, “Good Girls Don’t”, which aired through-out the summer of 2004 on Oprah Winfrey’s channel “The Oxygen Network”.
ONE TREE HILL:
“Open Window” - a song penned for the new Envelope album - got placed on the American TV show, “One Tree Hill”. The show is produced by Warner Bros. and is broadcast worldwide.
FUTURE HITS 21:
The song was also featured in the U.S. Music magazine, NMW, as a "Future Hit Song" and was released to radio stations through-out the U.S. on the compilation album "Future Hits 21"
ENVELOPE:
Is Chris' band. Envelope’s debut album, “Stay”, was released in the autumn of 2001. The album contained eleven songs written by Christoffer, and the singles were in heavy A- rotation on the national radio stations in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
2001-2003, Chris spent touring with Envelope. In 2001, he performed at the biggest Scandinavian festival, “Roskilde Festival”.
In 2002, he played the second biggest, “Midtfyns Festival”.
Apart from Scandinavia, Envelope also toured the U.K., the U.S.A. and Belgium.
TV APPEARANCES:
Chris also performed twice on the Danish, National TV show, “Good Morning Denmark” as well as played to a million viewers on the “Snurre Snups Søndagsklub Show”.
Recently, twelve of his new compositions have been recorded for the second Envelope album "Open Roads Lonely Trains". The album has been produced by Danish producer, Boe Larsen (Michael Learns to Rock, Hanne Boel, Søren Sko…) and Christoffer.

- ADAM ARGYLE (U.K.) – wrote the single “Next Best Superstar” for Melanie C. Just signed to Geffen Records in L.A.
- DANNY KIRSCH (U.K.) – lots of top ten hits in the U.K.
- PAMELA O-LAND (L.A.) – lyricist for Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Selena, Frank Sinatra, The Jacksons, Gladys Knight…
- HELÈNE MUDDIMAN (U.K./L.A.) – composed many scores for film and TV as well as songs for artists such as Emma Bunton, Elvis Costello, Gary Numan, King, Alison Limerick. She wrote Emma Bunton’s single “Free Me” which reached # 5 in the U.K. charts.
- JOHNNY JAM (DK/L.A.) – produced the album “Aquarium” for Danish band “Aqua” (28 million units sold).
Christoffer continues to work hard as a songwriter, writing his own material as well as material for other artists. He keeps a focus on his own songs by performing regularly with his band, Envelope - as well as on his own with a guitar or a piano.
