Shaun Cedre, better known to his peers as "El Bizcochero," is a breathe of fresh air to the Latin Hip-Hop movement. Garnering his name from Puerto Rican legend "Chon el Biscochero," a founder of the Nietas whom was chastised and killed by the government in prison; Shaun is a rare commodity. Growing up between SoCal and the birthplace of Hip-Hop, the South Bronx, he started to hone his mic skills at a young age, performing and winning in talent shows. Shaun recorded for the first time at age 12 as a member of the 8 Demons. He then went on to form his own group Arsunic, which today is the entertainment label behind his music. Now a solo artist, Shaun has crossed over to rhyming in Spanish, his native tongue. A self-proclaimed Nuyorican, Shaun rhymes in what he calls broken Spanish. This and his ability to switch up his flow so that he sounds remarkably different on every track are what make him fresh air to the genre.
