I saw a picture in my history book where they had just hung a slave from the neck. He was so thin, he had been stripped down to his underwear and his neck was so crooked that it was lowering from his body. The caption under the photo read, "Kentucky slave nicknamed "Butterhead" caught pocketing one of his master's books." Someone scrawled under the photo "Butterhead's melted." I was wondering what book he had stolen and if it had taught him anything. I went to the library and read a few pages about bullfighting. The bull never wins. This is the history.
