You spend 13 years in school, K-12, you say, that's it, I'm done. But in order to get a good job, you really need a degree, so it's back to school with you, for 4 years, sometimes 2, and sometimes more than that. I'm trying to finish off year 4, yet I have a summer course and then another semester after that, and THEN it's back into the schools as a teacher. What a vicious cycle.Besides the occasional gripe, I'm really a nice person, a little shy though. I love foreign languages, I plan on taking on Korean after my German gets settled. My favorite films are action (with old-fashioned weapons, swords, bow/arrow, etc), sci-fi and comedies. I love the sports of wrestling and soccer. After being in Germany during the World Cup, I became a big fan (read the blogs). Then again, I can't look at an Italian flag without getting a little ticked off.
