My Interests

My girls, dog and cats mainly--occasionally we go to movies or I read a good book. We go to the beach as much as possible. I really enjoy my little "farm"--I don't mind staying at home for the most part. We have five acres, mostly forested with a creek running across the property, right beyond our deck. It is very peaceful.

I'd like to meet:

I already met him and married him!

Music:

Mostly country/folk music, but I do like almost anything.

Movies:

Too many to count....I like the wacky comedies the best--Something about Mary, Bad Santa, Joe Dirt etc. but I watch almost anything and tend to enjoy most movies for some quality or another

Television:

TLC or Discovery Home is usually on the TV most days, but I usually don't sit and watch all the time. I watch while feeding Grace or rocking her to sleep etc.

Books:

I prefer real life murder books--there is some really sick people out there but I also own all the Anne Rice books....I will read anything I get my hands on tho, I love to read and will usually start reading a book and not put it down until I'm finished--I try to avoid reading too much or I wouldn't get anything done.

Heroes:

"A mother is she who can take the place of all others but whose place no one else can take." My mom was the best---always putting the kids and grandkids first! You really didn't realize how truly important she was to your EVERYDAY life until she was gone. I really miss having her in my/our life.
