About Me

Born in Ozark, AL at Ft Rucker Army base; spent the better part of my life growing up in the Miami/Ft Lauderdale area (20+ years). I've lived in Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, Louisiana, Ohio. My home is now Hebron, Kentucky (internationally known as a hotspot! *lol*). We (me and my son) ended up in the area, November 2005 after leaving Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Was looking for a life and career change...going through Katrina and Rita, gave me the push I needed. I'm the oldest of 4 girls, no brothers. Although, my mom always said "boys would have been MUCH easier"! *lol*I believe in being true to yourself, being an individual, standing up for what you believe and not following the crowd. It can be a tougher road, but in the end, a more satisfying way of life. All things and experiences (even the not so good ones) are beneficial to us, if we learn and grow from them.I enjoy meeting and talking to people, new experiences and trying to live every day to it's fullest. Things I don't like: Dishonesty, ego maniacs, people who place material things above everything else, oh, and the Dallas Cowboys!!! *lol* (had to throw that one in there!!!). Things I love: The Washington Redskins, my family, friends and my dogs - Cory and Rocky. A good cup of coffee (the stronger the better!), hanging out on my deck, with a glass of wine and some music - chilling and enjoying life!
