I'd like to meet Sheila E again and let her know how much she's helped a sista out with how to channel negative energies to something positive and powerful. That playing percussion instruments isn't just therapy for the kids but, is therapeutic for adults too! Sheila if u read this, I'd like "4U" 2 b my friend and spiritual sista. We've met briefly a couple of times in MPLS. & N L.A.. I hope that U and the rest of "C.O.E.D." make Mpls., MN. part of u're American Tour if u all decide to do one.
