HELLO and thankyou for visiting my page... Today and forever I will be in love with music and motherhood. Although writing and singing have become a very strong part of my life, years ago I would never have thought so. Since birth I had tumbled for scrapes for fun, at 4 I began gymnastics and ballet, quickly adapting to an athlete’s life and luckily experienced 10 years of training and competing across Canada. I then joined a swim, synchro and diving team - then volleyball my next love which I played until John Abbott College. I’ve played football and softball and also got hooked to the "billiards" game for a few years. Then at 19 my wonderful parents bought me a nylon 6 string and voila I have been blessed to enjoy the joy of music ever since. I’ve played many solo shows and performed vocals for other groups such as Jamal’s Cool Head and Souled, guest singer for Out of Control, The Cranes and Trouble No More - all the while trying to finalize an original demo CD which by the end of this year will finally be done? I mean "!" My son Evan was born in 2003, the soul of my life......my reason for being.....he’s incredible and watch out the world for everything he will offer! Including a early singing career, now 4 1/2 he is No Doubt’s biggest fan, Phil Collins’ "Easy Lover", the Scorpions! From ’06-’07 I sang as the baritone for Northern Fusion, a fabulous female Barbershop quartet directed by Robert Mance and Brian Kerr but had to make a tough decision and decided to form a rock band in Aug 2007.DARLING NIKKI’s site can be found in my top friends, please send us a request and if you live in Montreal try to catch one of our shows!Get my banner code or create a flash banner
