THE PRESSURE TONES

About Me

THE IN YOUR FACE HAMMOND DRIVEN SKA EXPERIENCE.

After many years supporting the Uk Ska and Scooter Scene, enjoying music from original Jamaican Reggae to Two Tone, Mod, Northern Soul and Punk, the 5 Northants members decided back in 2003, to combine all these musical influences into their very own sound and formed The Pressure Tones. The Pressure Tones have successfully produced their debut album entitled "Pressurized" which has been sold at gigs and their website, throughout europe and the United Kingdom. After successfully supporting bands such as Bad Manners, The Selecter, The Meteors, Skaville UK, The Toasters, Uk Subs, the band are looking forward to spreading the sound of The Pressure Tones to all parts of the country.

A change of personnel on vocals in 2007 and a new guitarist in 2008 saw a slight change in musical direction. Whilst retaining the original ska roots the band have added a element of the punk attitude and sound. SKA/PUNK is a good live description and seems to being going down a storm. Some new material is in the pipeline for early 2009 WATCH THIS SPACE!!
