Murry was dared by a fellow comedian to do a Hot 5 show at the hot comedy spot On Broadway in San Francisco. It was there that he gave one of the best performances of his life! His realist views on family, being a father and growing up in the hood were some of the topics J. Murry was able to tackle in a funny yet serious way. From that moment on he developed his comedic skills and became one of the Bay Area's most talked about and respected comics.J.
