Lesson in Pain was created by Shaun Frude former Guitar Player of former San Diego, California's Local Female fronted band "The Abuse". There were 2 different band line-ups of "Lesson In pain" throughout a 2 year period. Lesson in Pain had started playing shows locally on the west coast and had grabbed the ear of quite a few people. "Lesson in pain" will be reborn again....
