Our Apologies[RECORDING and DEMOS UP]

About Me

Our Apologies began as an acoustic duo consisting of Mark Gale and Justin Cox. They played a few times, wrote some cool songs and recorded a demo CD. In the summer of 2006, Zach Fulkerson met Mark and Justin, hung out with them a bit and eventually was offered the invitation to join the band, playing bass, which was not his forte, but who cares. Matthew Gale, Mark's brother was then approached to play drums for the new, full band version. After playing the same songs as the acoustic duo went well, through some strange occurences, it was made aware that everyone enjoyed metal, Mark could write metal riffs and Justin could scream pretty darn well, the band became 'metal'. Since then, many songs were written in the metal flavour, on friday nights in the midst of many movies. Shows began coming up, not extremely often, but rocking was done nonetheless. In the fall of 2007, Tyler March, who was a friend of all the members and frequent guest vocalist was asked to join the band as live guitarist and background vocalist, which he accepted, and is now a more concrete part of the band. In the beginning of 2008, Our Apologies set out to record their first EP, titled 'The Beginning', produced by D.J. Sirois, which is now nearing completion.
