Where do I start? I was born in Biloxi, Mississippi and will always claim Mississippi as my home, but I have lived all over the world from Spain to Japan. I think that that is the reason that I can appreciate other cultures, although I am pretty partial to Southern culture! I have a wonderful wife (Kimberlea) and a beautiful little girl (Haleigh).
The loves of my life:
They are the reason that I get up in the morning!!!After I graduated from Mississippi State in 2004, I moved to the metropolis of Lake Charles, Louisiana... Yes, yes, I know you all are extremely jealous of where I live (sarcasm). I work in a refinery for a major oil company as a process engineer. Basically, I troubleshoot and optimize equipment that takes asphalt and thermally cracks it into more valuable products like gasoline, diesel and jet fuel. What I really like to do is fish and hunt. There's something calming about being out on the water or in the woods. It helps me slow down and unwind.I like big trucks, fast cars, dinner with family and friends, cold drinks on a hot day, the smell of laundry just out of the dryer, good cigars, the smell of gasoline, wind off the beach, hunting/fishing with my dad and uncle, chasing deer with Matt, kisses from Kim, kisses from Haleigh, gumbo on a cold day, jimmy buffet on my days off, football in Starkville, my moms cooking, my wife's cooking, my mother-in-laws brisket, mongolian barbeque in Jacksonville, a cool breeze at work, and rain when I'm sleeping.
