About Me

DOUBLE L aka MR. GODDAMNIT or Larry Love, has been putting in work on all aspects for almost 15 years. From DJing and making mixtapes from the mid-90's to 2000, making basement rap albums to professional studio "Pimpin' Hymns", and being the co-host & playlist maker for The Blueprint Radio on WRSU.

In addition to these assets, he does plenty of behind the scenes work. From editing music and much more, to working and video editing with Joe Pro & Tapeman Inc.

Besides an incredible amount of knowledge for Hip-Hop & Soul dating back to the late 60's-early 70's, he has been well-schooled from the older playas in after dark activities & the game.

Mr. Goddamnit adds a smoove, slick, retro aspect to anythang he lays his hands on, combined with an unmistakeable style of dress, flow & flyness. Thus getting the distinction of "The Sharpest Man In Town".

Thru his raps & "Pimpin' Hymns", Mr Goddamnit speaks on subjects he's dealt with personally, overseen, and been around. Along with paying homage to Hip-Hop pioneers & Mackin' legends, he embraces different coasts & styles in his music.
