About Eric Fuentes:
Eric Fuentes is a guy who sings, plays guitar, bass, some drums and some keyboards, writes songs for his band The Unfinished Sympathy and for his solo projects.
He has written, performed and produced two solo albums as Eric Fuentes ("Descarrilant", 1997 and "BahÃa ParaÃso", 2008), and four albums as singer/guitarist in The Unfinished Sympathy, plus four singles, a live EP and an acoustic EP. He has also recorded covers by The Smiths, Jawbox, Misfits, Iron Maiden, Los Brincos, Standstill and done some bootleg remixes by Fireside or Bad Religion. He has played about 300 shows with The Unfinished Sympathy and 100 as a solo artist, some under the name of Alfons Delmar (this myspace's previous name). All of them around Europe.
Also produces and mixes, as he's done for his own two albums or others by Rosa-Luxemburg, 121 dB, The Moon Men, Icebend, Backflip, Colombo or Grunen. He has also done some vocal collaborations in albums by Jaume Sisa, Glissando*, Ghouls 'n Ghosts or First Aid Kit. He owns a small record label called "Hang The Dj!".
His first musical attempts were singing and playing guitar for thrash-core combo Mad Squad from 1990 to 1995, playing twenty gigs and recording 12 demo songs. Then a period of solo career from 1997 to 2000, until the birth of The Unfinished Sympathy (which would take most of his energies). In 2005 he took up again his solo career starting with an european acoustic tour with friends It's Not Not.
Before all that, he worked writing for music newspapers, in a record store, as a Dj, a radio presenter, a children educator, a receptionist and, of course, as a barman. Also he spent many time studying Biology at the University (he didn't finish), Philosophy (he finished) and secondary-school teaching. But he learned almost everything of profession working at BCore Disc record label, where he still writes most of press-infos. He's totally dedicated to music performing, writing and producing since 2004.
