Important:
No-one is ugly, everyone just has a different perception of what is beautiful. Girls take computer edited, air-brushed models on billboards and in magazines to be the idealogical form of beauty. When in reality they are images man has manipulated to fit a perception which no-one can hope to match. These models are, in fact, just 'ugly' like the rest of us. Everyone is a perfect rendition of their own personality. No-one else can be you, and no-one else can expect you to change for them. You are an individual for a reason. Be who you were born to be because you are perfect at being just that. Don't be backed into a corner by the restrictions of society, political correctness, fashion or other elitist points of view. Be proud of who you are, not of who others want you to be.
So, we should say to every girl: "Put down the beauty products and step away from the mirror", because you're beautiful already ladies, be proud of yourselves.

Adele: for being there the longest. for keeping me sane the last 7 years. she is definately for keeps.
Johnny: for being my star, my romeo. for making me smile, laugh and cry.
Jordan: for always indulging my need for random hugs. for always looking out for me even though i'm the older one!
Joseph: for being another who will indulge my needs for random hugs. for being there when i just need a day on the sofa curled up with someone.
