My life has been quit busy since high school. I meet the LOVE of my life John in 1999 and we have been living together ever since. I am a Stepmother too, two children, Erika 10 and Michael 9. John has a sister Angie that is 14 and it's like I have 3 kids, because anytime we do for 2 we always bring 3 sometimes 4 with my nephew, Ashden who is 7. They keep me busy running arround and getting into everything. John's brother Gus has two kids aswell, Adriana 8 and Daniel 5. So we always have 5-6 kids with us anytime we go anywhere. I get asked if it's hard being a Stepmom with no children of my own. I have been very blessed to be in their lives since they were in diapers, and they know me as there mother. I do want children, God knows I want children of my own, it just has not been time yet for us. God has a plan and I know he'll give us beautiful children when he feels were ready.On June 21, 2001 my little brother Phillip and his wife Rachael had a beautiful baby boy, Ashden, and at that moment I became a Auntie. I just couldn't see my nephew calling my Aunt Melisa, so he calls me Sissy. It's funny he thinks he can call me Aunt Melisa and then laughs. On August 5,2006 my other brother Derrick and his wife Mary Ann gave birth to a baby girl and named her Melody Ann. Ashden doesn't quite get that Melody is his cousin, he thinks she's his baby sister.I had been working at the Sears Repair Center in Fontana for four years and saw it time for a change. In August of 2005 I decided to go back to school for Dental Assisting. College was a very refreshing experince and I'm glad I went back.Well on July 6,2006 I graduated with honors and was Valedictorian.The plans for my future is to go further in the Dental field, get married to the only man that has been in my life for 8 years now. Have a full and wounderful life and grow old with the man I love.
