About Me

I graduated in December with a degree in Mythopoetics from the University of Louisville. My beautiful daughter Willow was born the previous November. My gorgeous wife Angela and I have been happily and chaotically married for six years. I'm an artist a poet, and a writer. I use these skills to create comic books, a passion that has fueled my life lo these 30 years. You can see my comic at http://www.webcomicsnation.com/cyd/. I plan on working as a therapist because that and being an artist is the closest I can get to "magician" in the job market. I'm a very out bisexual currently going through a sort of coming out revival. My motto is "Bi: Out, Loud, and Proud!" I enjoy a good healthy debate, especially hardcore, no holds barred, toe to toe debate, but I find that most people perceive me as hostile when in truth it's all in good fun! I'm a Shambhala Buddhist. I took refuge in 2000 but have only recently understood what that means. Every day I go deeper in my practice and everyday I get more and more out of it. Um, and that's me, really.
