I am married to my best friend greg,We quit smoking together we will celebrate our 2nd year quit date in april,that was one of the hardest things we did and we did it together, we still want to smoke and we miss it but it did a lot of damage especially to my lungs,so after smoking for 22 years it was time to give it up. so now I am addicted to altoids haha
we have a blended family of 5 kids, 2 kids are mine ,my son is 20 and he has autism with developmental delay it has been a rough 20 years especially when puberty hit but he is much better now and he is cute my 6 foot 3 teddy bear, when he was born the odds of autism were 1 in 500 , now it is 1 in 150,But I know that God chose me personally to have my son and to raise him and love him and through it all I learned a lot about myself that takes most people a lifetime to learn, I am glad that I was chosen by God to take care of him and I think I did a pretty good job,my other child is my daughter Michaela she is 17 and such a blessing,she is an overachiever and very driven, my 3 step sons the twins andy and kyle are 16 and joseph is 18,They are great kids and I am lucky to have them as my step sons.I work with people with chronic mental illness and I love it my job is always fun and different..I also put my EMT skills to good use and volunteer at a free clinic.
