Raised on the quiet island of Alameda in the Bay Area, MERQUILLO™ (also known as Lid'l Darryl) was born at Kaiser Permanente in the notorious Oakland, California. The self acclaimed “Baby Boy Pirahna comin’ out that Bay Water” is a fresh artist whose creative flow is NOT to be slept on. His raspy, yet smooth voice catches the ears of true hip hop heads from The Bay to New York. In a time where mediocre is the norm and emcees are constantly replicating the same industry figures, Quillo stands out with a positive vibe that is both intelligent and gritty.
