About Me

I am a Speech Language Pathologist living in Old Town Scottsdale, AZ. I moved from MI in 2002 for my family, a real job, and grad school. It was the best move I ever made. The weather is perfect 9-10 months of the year. A few hot ones, but better than sub zero temps and overcast days back in the mid-west. I miss my family and friends back home but, AZ is the best lure to see them at least once a year to get out of the COLD!

My Interests

anything outside- hiking, camping, boating, running, etc. hanging out with friends, food- sushi is the best!, movies, concerts, etc. travel- the beaches are a favorite, music, art, painting, making jewelry, anything creative. There is not much I wouldn't try at least once.

I'd like to meet:

All the "blasts from the past"!! This is the best way to catch up with old school friends and keeping in contact with lifers!

Music:

I am hip-hop/R&B queen at heart. Yeah Joe, a getto girl you'd say: Especially the old school stuff. I also like music from other countries, cultures, languages and even a little twangy country from time to time. I am not a big fan of techno-trance music.

Movies:

Big fan of movies especially independent films. Some of my favorites are Drugstore Cowboy, Sliding Doors, Run Lola Run, Beautiful Girls, High Fidelity, Crash, etc. etc. Anything with john Cusack, michael rappaport, matt dillon, tom hanks, all good stuff.

Television:

I am a reality junkie. I make fun of it, try to avoid it, but I always end up watching it again and again. I like the real story. Survivor, The Real World, The Girls Next Door:) I Love Love Sex in the City! Four opportunities a night to watch re-runs! If you take and combine all four chicks you'd get ME! Only in Scottsdale Arizona!

Books:

I have lots of good reads- only I have probably read only the first 5 pages of each.........

Heroes:

Superman. Spidey. No really, my grandfather and my sister! Those that know her, know why:)
