About Me

The Avenues(SamadhiVibe) started out as a punk rock band started by joey 2-3 years ago. That band split and joey still remained playing music. The members of a rock out hednrix band (dan,tyler,mike, and eric) asked joe to jam. They asked dans nieghbor stuart holland to play drums. They also recently changed their band name to Samadhi Vibe created by the late joe flynn. They continue to play shows around the chicagoland area, carrying out his honor. His spirit is present at every jam session and show. Samadhi Vibe plays music because of the way it makes us feel, and we hope that our music can make all of you feel a certain special way. We play everything from funky jazz, dirty blues, intense jams, and colorful melodies on top of some stellar beats. Music is like the greatest medicine that many people overlook. Sometimes all you need in life is a night of music, dancin', and friends...SO COME CHECK OUT THIS VIBE...IT'S ALL HERE!
