About Me

My wife Angela and I are long lost Nevadan's living in Newport News, Virginia as I finish out my Enlistment with the US Navy. I am a Firecontrol Technician 2nd Class stationed onboard the PCU Texas (soon to be USS Texas), a subamrine which is being built at the shipyards here in Newport News.Come January 2007 Angela and I are planning a move back to Northern Nevada which will be a very welcomed change for the both of us. We have enjoyed our time in Virginia, but can't wait to get back home where the majority of our friends and family are.

I edited my profile with Thomas’ Myspace Editor V3.6 !

My Interests

A talking Cat

Music:

Depeche Mode, Coldplay, Bjork, Stabbing Westward, Gravity Kills, Live, Soundgarden, Tori Amos, Oingo Boingo, R.E.M., U2, NIN, New Order, Filter, Better Than Ezra, Counting Crows, Tool, Genesis, Pet Shop Boys, Sarah McLachlan, Loreena McKennit, Enigma, Massive Attack, Garth Brooks, John Denver... In other words I have a pretty diverse musical taste. I just like good music, who cares what genre it is. But if I had to pick 1 genre it would be Alternative, and no Metallica is not Alternative. When I say Alternative, I mean before corporate radio turned it into Pop. I am tired of all the Blink 182 sounding bands that dominate the so called Alternative scene of today. Okay, I will get off my soap box because I could go on and on about that subject.

Movies:

Wallace and Grommitt, Das Boot.

Television:

Mythbusters, Flip This House, House Hunters.

Books:

The Things They Carried, Going After Cacciato; both by Tim Obrien.

The Navy and me

The Navy and I do not agree.  I agree with life, the Navy agrees with sucking it out of you and then wondering why you don't want more.  I have said in the past that I would never tell anyon...
