About Me

My name is Carla. I've been married 19 years. I am a homeschooling mom of 5 (ages 17, 15, 14, 12 and 10), so that keeps me busy.
"The world is much deeper but also more transparent than we think and the magic of film consists in the possibility to express any phenomenon you want. That's why I like it so much. Sometimes you may think that I am out of touch with reality, but in fact I am a part of reality, that's all." – David Lynch
"[I]n real life, a spider doesn't spin words in her web, but real life is only one kind of life -- there is also the life of the imagination. And although my stories are imaginary, I like to think that there is some truth in them, too -- truth about the way people and animals feel and think and act." – Charlotte's Web's E.B. White, in a letter to a young reader
"The best stories don't come from 'good vs. bad' but from 'good vs. good.'" – Leo Tolstoy

Flipping your hair can be dangerous...

I am allergic to cats, trees, grass....things you can't necessarily get away from.  Sinus issues themselves tend to make me dizzy, so I live in a perpetually dizzy world.  Then you add sinus...
