During the day I’m a Technical Officer within local government, which is a handy catch all title for a job if ever I heard one. Turns out it means I have to pretty much do everything from frontline services (dealing with the unwashed masses) to system support of some description and everything else in between. It’s a job for which I don’t get paid enough for, but everyone says that, right?
Outside of work my main pastimes are playing my bass (Ibanez SR760JM going through a Line 6 Bass Pod Live XT) in two bands. The older of the two bands is a rock band by the name of Tinycuts and we should have demos some point soon, whenever we get down to tracking them basically, as the drum tracks are done. The other band is a metal band, which no longer has a name or a singer for that matter, is a metal band. We are in the process of writing material and looking for additional members (singer and possible 2nd guitarist). I could give a list of my influences but they are far too numerous to mention. Suffice to say I have a broad taste in music and will usually give most music a chance.
Other than that I play fives weekly, game on XBOX(360) and PC (lately I’ve wandered back into Enemy Territory and can usually be found on the Ghost clan server) and the usual regular activities of movies, TV, books and socialising.
For the record I still plan on doing an overlay for my profile but I just haven't got around to it.
