I can pick a show, watch it weekly, and it continues the story each week. so an hour is just right for me. When I watch a movie, I get restless after the first hour and need to get up for a few minutes (which suck when watching in a theater!) I won't list everything I watch, because there are so many shows.But a fraction of what I like are: ~Charm ~CSI ~Law&Order ~Prison Break ~ 24 ~ Lost ~ Invasion ~ The 4400 ~ One Tree Hill ~ The O.C. ~ Grey's Anatomy ~ Nip/Tuck ~ Rescue Me ~ Battlestar Gallactica Contrary to popular opinion though... I hate reality TV... and yes, that even includes American Idol! LOL
