About Me

Walking in the moonlight when there's snow on the ground. Being in the silence under water and hearing nothing but my heartbeat in my ears. Watching the sky change on an aeroplane. Being a muse. Absolute honesty with a stranger about the depth and width of life. The feel of pebbles smoothed by the ocean. Learning that I unitentionally caused someone to stop and think. The smell of old books, hair during a hug, cooking caramel cashews, flowing water, fresh lilac, my cats after they've come in from the cold. Diversity. Sunlight filtered through trees. The spiritual connection with a horse when I'm in the saddle and we're listening to each other. Genuine Eccentricity. Dancing until I disappear inside the beat. Japanese maples. Harvest moons. Making people jump. Humility. Pear yoghurt. Driving with the top down. Coming across a new species of fish I never knew existed whilst snorkelling. Tolerance. Finding beauty in unexpected places and money in unexpected pockets. Musicians getting lost in their own sound. Watching hello's and goodbye's from a distance. Exploring the personalities people give to their homes. Kissing in the rain. Hearing Vienna in a harpsichord and Paris in an accordian. The 'pop' of cherry tomatoes in my mouth. Acceptance of the 'human condition'. Unexpected nights that merge into morning. Cold water when I'm thirsty. The Indian ocean. Sleeping in a sunbeam. Forgiveness. Afternoon Siestas. Spontaneity. The defining moments in films when the piano begins. Being behind the lense of my camera - all pictures you see here are mine.
