Fire Shadow started in October 2003 in the city of Curitiba , Brazil with main influences from Heavy Metal bands of the 80's and 90's. The group's formation was stabilized in March 2004 with: Marco Lacerda (vocals), Thiago Neuwert (guitars), Cássio Fugimoto (bass) and Jonathan Bressan (drums), very young members (born between 1988 and 1990) and very diligent too.
By that time the band started to work in the compositions to, in July 2004, start the recordings of the Demo-CD named "Desire to Kill", which was finished and released in August 2004. With a professional presentation, the CD has shown the desire that the band has to win in the worldwide metal scene. "Desire to Kill" was produced by the own band and got great reviews from Brazilian metal magazines and webzines, emphasizing Fire Shadow as a important promise for the future of Brazilian Heavy Metal.
After the excellent results of the first recordings and a notable evolution during the following year, the band recorded in July 2005 the Demo-Single "Lost Memories" with the purpose of demonstrating the development and progress of Fire Shadow's music. In the second semester of 2005 has been released the "ThunderGod Compilation Vol. II", in which Fire Shadow participated with the song "Desire to Kill".

A Fire Shadow nasceu em Outubro de 2003 na cidade de Curitiba/PR com os integrantes: Marco Lacerda (Vocal), Thiago Neuwert(Guitarra), Cássio Fugimoto (Baixo) e Jonathan Bressan (Bateria). Com essa formação a banda obteve muitas conquistas, tais como a gravação da Demo "Desire to Kill" em Julho/Agosto de 2004, trabalho produzido pela própria banda e que recebeu excelentes crÃticas da mÃdia especializada, colocando seu nome como uma das grandes promessas do futuro do metal nacional. Após um perÃodo de composições o grupo entrou novamente em estúdio para a gravação do single "Lost memories",lançado em Julho de 2005. Nesta mesma época acertou sua participação com a faixa “Desire to Kill†na coletânea brasileira “ThunderGod Compilation Vol. II nacional “ e ainda foi indicado como uma das grandes revelações da cena de Curitiba pelo site Order news (www.ordernews.com.br).
No ano de 2006 fizeram uma série de shows bem sucedidos e continuaram suas composições, entretanto, devido a problemas pessoais, Jonathan bressan (Bateria) e Thiago Neuwert (Guitarra) deixaram a banda.O restante do grupo mesmo abalado com a situação encontrou substitutos a altura, estabilizando a formação com: Cássio Fugimoto (Baixo), Leandro Zonato (Bateria), Marco Lacerda (Vocal) e Rodrigo Cardoso (Guitarra).
O novo Line – up rapidamente recuperou o prestÃgio da banda, fazendo shows dentro e fora de Curitiba, gravando matérias televisivas e dando inÃcio à gravação do seu primeiro álbum auto-intitulado, lançado em outubro de 2007.
Atualmente a banda encontra – se em fase de divulgação de seu último trabalho, lançado oficialmente na internet e disponÃvel de graça para download em - www.fireshadowonline.com - .
