It will be different for all as we have come from many different cultures, lifestyles, backgrounds and experiences.The focus here is to inspire you to tap into your own inner power which is able to strengthen you to address any pain you may have experienced in your life so as to purge you from it's darkness and suffering. It can be likened to a long dark tunnel which ultimately leads to a brightly illuminated existence that cannot be destroyed. Energy only changes form, you are energy, energy is eternal. How do we change our energy? In what way should it change. These are questions only we ourselves as individuals have the answers to. When you are ready to accept the answers, you will see them. They have always been there, but remained hidden inside of you. Look there for all things you question and you will find them.Darkness no longer exists for those who do not use their eyes to see, but rather their heart.The closer we get to knowing who we are and why we are the way we are, the happier we become.
