From humble beginnings as a group of friends experimenting as an instrumental quartet, Incendiary has rapidly evolved into a band of devoted musicians dedicated to their craft. Over the course of the past year, the Fort Worth, Texas-based foursome has polished its song writing to form a cohesive, melodic sound. True to their roots, the group places great emphasis on quality instrumentation. Their latest self-released EP, Only As Hard As You Make It, is a testament to their versatility; the songs display pop sensibilities with a rock edge, and each track brings something unique. Since their start in the summer of 2004, the band has quickly gained respect and popularity in North Texas and beyond. In November of 2005, the band opened for Drive-Thru Records artist Hellogoodbye. In June of 2006, they received the honor of being nominated for a local music award. The band successfully self-booked and played their first tour in the summer of ’06. With their new CD creating a buzz in the local scene and the group consistently pushing itself to reach greater musical heights, there is no foreseeable ceiling on what they are capable of achieving.
