Hmm, quite a variety of things, really. I mean, we're spanning centuries here just to cover my favorites. There's a lot of really great music out there, and more all the time. Sure, you have to sift through an ever-expanding array of utter aural waste, but it's out there. As far as popular music goes, I like some of it- particularly pieces with positive, assertive, powerful content. What, you want a list of names?
So so so many people think that they are video artists or film makers and so so so few people actually are, or at least are doing it well. I'm happy to see 4-5 things each year, and the fewer of them from the Hollywood giants, generally the better.
