I am here for Friends

About Me

I try to live my life without regrets and do what really drives me. I am from Anchorage, AK and lived part of my life in Seattle, WA. I just moved to San Francisco at the beginning of August!! I don't think of myself as adventurous, but I believe in trying a lot of new things and experiencing as much as possible. I earned my pilot's license in July of 2003, thanks to encouragement from my dad. I just recently studied for a year in New York City, lived for a season in St. Croix (with Katie!!) and traveled to New Zealand by myself. I try to live for the moment, but am too anal and need a plan, so I just try to think of the consequences of my actions and whether I'll regret doing or not doing something. I am fairly laid-back and try to keep an open-mind about as much as possible.I try to be true to myself and everyone I love. I have a big family and I am the only girl so I have to do what's necessary to get my opinion heard!! I have six brothers and they all drive me crazy in all different ways. Yet I couldn't live without my family. I try to be the best friend possible and stay loyal to those that I love, as long as you don't dress bad--of course! I love my friends and family and wouldn't be who I am today without them!

My Interests

Ummm...shopping, come on I went to fashion school!! I also like traveling, hanging with friends, reading, listening to music, watching movies and following the latest celeb gossip. I also like camping and sitting around the campfire drinking beer!!

I'd like to meet:

Anyone that's cool and pretty open-minded!! Old friends, new friends--I'm always looking for friends!

Music:

Pretty much anything...that's why my ipod is my best friend. I'm too moody and indecisive to choose just one genre. I have recently come out of the closet about my hip-hop obsession and am coming to grips with the reality of it all.

Movies:

Anything TV on DVD. It works for my busy life and short attention span. I love Wedding Crashers and your average "chick flick." I'm currently obsessed with the new Pride and Predjudice and the all time feel good movie is Princess Bride. Love the happy ending and lots of laughs in the middle.

Television:

Grey's Anatomy, CSI, Sex and the City. I don't get very many chances to watch prime time, so I don't have very many favorite shows. But as I have mentioned, TV on DVD is the way to go!! Dawson's Creek, One Tree Hill--should I be admitting that I watch these shows??!! But I do have to ask, why is 90210 not on DVD yet--I mean we can get all the seasons of the Golden Girls, but no 90210?!

Books:

Chick lit, mystery, some romance--as I mentioned before I like happy endings, but I need a little plot too!

Heroes:

Captain Underpants and She-Ra Princess of Power
