Casio Action Digital Faction

About Me

The Casio Action Front combines elements of power electronics, breakcore, ambient, musique concréte and the preprogrammed music of cheap keyboards, sometimes refered to as casiocore. The resulting sound collage is meant to reflect the increasing industrialization of Western society, especially with the use of digital technology as of late, and the (anti)musical byproduct that it creates. But it isn't all about doom and gloom and the rise of technototalitarianism. From the cracks and the rubble of concrete, steel and glass comes an ethereal beauty, possibly the whisperings of a future Golden Age to come after the Fall. A light at the end of the tunnel, so to speak. Do not the perpetual dronings of the machines in our modern metropolis' provide the soundtrack to our dreams?
