Rain Delay Theatre is an electro-indie-rock act from Chicago, Illinois. RDT has played at such Chicago venues as the Bottom Lounge, the Empty Bottle, Martyrs, the Kinetic Playground and Underground Lounge, opening for Chin Up Chin Up, Tight Phantomz, The Mobius Band, Holy Fuck, Ott, and Phaded, as well as many others. RDT has also played sold out shows around Evanston, Illinois at venues such as Bill's Blues and Nevin's Live as well as Northwestern University's Dillo Day Festival three years in a row, sharing the stage with acts such as Gavin DeGraw, George Clinton and P-Funk, and Ben Folds. Rain Delay Theatre has also attracted great reviews from the media including airplay on WLUW and other local Chicago stations for the remix of "We Should Have Never Lived Like We Were Skyscrapers" for Chin Up Chin Up, released on Flameshovel and Record Label for the re-release of their s/t EP.
Currently, Rain Delay Theatre is looking forward to releasing their first full length album, a double-disc set including over 20 songs.
