We are an Indie music label located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Started in 1997 it has become a mainstay of local hip hop enthusiast and artist. After restructuring the company goals and leadership in 2007, DSDO Records along with Bangatainment has set its eyes on moving into the national scene by working with underground and mainstream artist from all over.
Our current project is an album called "The Colabo Movement". Its concept is taking underground artist from all over and collaborating them on tracks. This gives them an opportunity to work with other artist who they might not have the chance to with before. We are essentially the middle man putting hot tracks with hot artist.
We have also taken the time too get a few mainstream artist to both old school and new to collaborate to help boost sales with name recognition. This gives listeners who are gun shy about giving underground artist a listen, feel more comfortable with taking a chance on an album, if it has some one they know. The fallout is that we hope to create new fans of artist who they might otherwise have never heard before
