About Me

Hmmm, what about me?...Well, what exactly is it you want to know? What I look like? That's what the pictures are there for, unless I misunderstood something along the way.. Maybe it's my personality you're more interested in. Well, to really get it, you'd have to have some background on my life, and that's a long, complicated, and mostly boring story. But, since I'm in a good mood, I'll try to give you a little summary on what makes me tick... I'm pretty straightforward. I don't believe in masking or covering things up. I've got nothing to hide, and even if I did, what would be the point? I also don't believe in embelishing things to try and make myself look "cool" or "hardcore" I'm me, and if that isn't good enough for you, you can plant yourself on top of a sharp object, and spin on it... I believe in God, though I certainly don't hold myself up as some sort of shining standard of christianity.. I'm not the preachy type, I don't believe that beliefs/ideals/philosophies of any kind should be forced down anyone's throat. However, I will stand up for what I believe in (that goes for all aspects of my life, not just my religious beliefs) if forced to. If that offends you, feel free to not add me.... I don't dish out respect.. Respect has to be earned... I give pretty much everyone a chance, except for obvious teeny-boppers, idiots and liars. I don't have the time, or patience for people like that.. I am actually an easy going person, with a good sense of humor, and am a loyal friend. I'm not arrogant, unless it's playful arrogance. I'm not some rocket scientist, but I'm no airhead either, so if you send me a message that reads something like "omg l0lzz yuo are teh kEwL!1!!!!111" don't expect a reply.... I'm heavily into Metal music (A few of the bands I listen to are listed under the music thing over there) I am lead vocalist of the band At Nightmare's End, and also a guitar player... I think that about covers the basics. If you wish to know more, you may ask, and I might tell ya.

My Interests

Guitars, parties, concerts, weaponry, pool, music so loud it'll wake up the neighbors... from across town (provided it's me doing the waking). I also like people who are capable of thinking past the end of their own face, thus, I don't interact too well with liars and/or morons

I'd like to meet:

I'm not extremely particular.. I don't care too much about your background, your religion (or lack thereof) or what you're into.. As long as none of the things I listed above describe you, we can probably get along. Though, having at least somewhat similar interests to me is a plus. Please don't try to add me if we have ZILCH (that means nothing) in common.. Let's face it, we'll never talk, and even if we tried, it would be totally contrived.

Television:

I don't watch it much.. When I do, it's for one of the following: Football, Hockey, METALOCALYPSE, South Park, The Simpson's, Adult Swim, American Chopper (I'm a sucker for choppers, and those guys are funny as hell), The Shield, and my guilty pleasure show.. Angel.

Books:

Tom Clancy books, Civil War History books.. History in general fascinates me. I also enjoy mythology.

Heroes:

God. My Wife, who showed me what it means to really be happy. My cousin Jacob, who graduated as the Honor Graduate of his platoon, and became a member of the United States Marine Corps. He's been my best friend for as long as I can remember
