About Me

This is only a SMALL sample of the pub gear you can get at our CafePress store! Get Malloy's Irish Pub souveniers at http://www.cafepress.com/malloys! Show the world you love Malloy's!
...And if ye come in and order a green beer, we'll laugh (like any good and true Irishmen would) as we offer you something else because there's NOTHING Irish about green beer! Hopefully you'll laugh right along with us. We'll put the craic in yer goin' out!

A BIT O' HISTORY.... There's always something to do at Malloy's...and we're always adding more. Bring in your friends and make Malloy's your home bar on the north end of campus.
In the 1880's, the Malloy's building was first put into use as a drug store and home by Irish immigrants named Dunnigan in Terre Haute's Irish district, Dunnigan's Subdivision.
At the time of Prohibition (in 1919), it was a gin joint and brothel and the address disappeared from the city books for a while. (I guess that's why one of our ghostly EVPs states that the spirit's favorite drink is, "Gin!"
Through the years the building has housed gambling halls, taverns, restaurants, and ever so much more.
We're on the north edge of the ISU campus at the junction of North 7th Street, 3rd Avenue & Lafayette Avenue. We're on the south edge of Union Hospital. Certainly not hard to find!
