LEARN TO SWIM

About Me

real editor best profile tools real editor best profile tools Hunter, the country-man, with a soft spot for a tune, the odd greasy spoon. Jumping on the back of a slow moving train, Johnny Cash style, with only his guitar and a packet of planters for company. Pursued by the taxman, he jumps into the river below... just managing to reach the bank thanks to his trusty set of inflatable waterwings! Hooray for such an invention!! Onwards now, forever onwards, his ultimate dream to... learn to swim and dodge the VAT.
Horace B. always caught the 7.45 from Surbiton to Fenchurch Street, arrives 11 minutes late, spends 10 hours in the office and comes back on the same return train eating his stale sandwiches. "Something's wrong!" he screamed to himself. It was around this time that he had a slight episode. Whilst stripping all his clothes off, running into the sea and flinging his attache case into the air, he remembered he couldn't swim and was fortuitously stopped by someone shouting "CUT!" into a megaphone further up the cobbles. Mr B. had been in deep, deep background in the final shot of "The Play For Today" and was now struggling to find his shoes and shirt. It was after this instalment and after he had been approached by a 2nd assistant director, paid 18 shillings and sixpence in cash and thanked very much, that Mr B. decided to write his very interesting story so far via the medium of pop group.
L'Hombre Enmascarado woke up in a dark alleyway between two Mexican bars with a bloodied nose, a fat lip and hangover from hell. After a disagreement with a 'well-built' hooker over a particular service, not the price... a run-in with local bandits had forced l'Hombre Enmascarado to wear a wrestlers' mask as he fled for the borderline in order to escape a contract killing. The only way to escape Tijuana to San Diego was a swim in the shark filled Pacific. Unfortunately, the bandits' connections seem far reaching, our drummer is always on the constant look out for no-good mexicans and an angry, fat, surprisingly moralistic hooker... with a knife. L'Hombre Enmascarado says, "Learn To Swim!"
Delaware Jackson (formerly subject 42/DJ2009) was created in a top secret government experiment thingy. Mostly human, brainchild of the deranged Professor Yashinaga, she was grown along with 665 others of her kind to unleash the Professor's "final phase" for world domination. It was whilst learning to swim in her test tube one day that she decided to deny her destiny and hit upon an idea for escape. Travelling under an assumed name, with only an Ordnance Survey map of the Lake District for guidance, she wound up in London and found her salvation in rock 'n' roll. DJ remembers little of her former life but it is rumoured that her original programming still lies dormant waiting to unleash a portable black hole.
