Where do I start? I was born in the Dominican Republic. Moved to Brooklyn in 1994 and I have been here ever since. Well I am the creator and the owner of Lafragancia.com and BuyTickets123.com, I am a php programmer and web designer. I'm also a bass player (well i quit music but i still love the bass).
In Feb-7-2001 I came up with the idea of making a website for the group I used to play with called "Rafy Burgos El Cupido De La Bachata". For the first month I was putting pictures of my family and pictures of the group. As soon as I saw that people where getting in to my website I started adding new stuff every day, until one day that I founded this website called "Digitalmerengue.com" that had a couple of bachata videos and different artists info, so I said let me try this too. I started building a site not only for Rafy Burgos, but for fans and musicians.
As the website was getting known I kept coming out with new ideas to make the users come back for new stuff. Thanks to Junior a/k/a Perro Raicing who helped me putting the website in all the search engines, such as Yahoo, Google, etc.. By doing this the website was getting known since it was easier to find.
Now Lafragancia.com is known as “La Casa De Los Artistas†where you can find the latest music, videos and artists information.
