Putridly founded in 1989 out of the remains of the underground hip-hop outfit, The Slime Gutter Rats [whom by the way are planning a come back in the near future], Shiticide was heavy into way was known as the noisecore-industrialized-grindcore-pukecore scene that was living within the underground with the likes of AxCx, GG Allin, Nutscreamer, Sonic Disorder, and others but transcending it with a more sludgecore-tripcore-psychedelic feeling to it. Combining elements of industrial with degranged noise burst and distorted vocals and screams to transfuse it into one big deranged melting pot of sludge-puke-noise with psychedelic green leave philosophical b.s. blending to want some will call a blender like style.Back in the earlier 1990's, the band which consisted of Reverend Bud Green along with Sly Co Path and D. Range. The band released a few demos into the underground - billing it as the "Worst Shxx That You Would Ever Hear". It was totally lo-fi and really had no structure. It was total hogwash. But for some odd unknown reason the band as gaining a underground following and people all around the world in places like Italy, Japan, Germany, Solvenia, Canada, Mexico, Poland, Czech Republic, Turkey, and the United State were drawn to. In fact, bands such as The Earwigs, Sonic Disorder, Sockeye, Nutsludge, Oliver Squash, Step Ahead, and other bands were enjoying the noise. In fact, an Italy website recently listed some of the best undersground grindcore releases from 1988 to 2001 and Shiticide appeared on the site.In 1997, the band took a recording hiatus due the scene changing. However, it was during this time. The band did it first and only tour which was a short tour - one day with Oliver Squash for the anti-Woodstock show that happened in a location on a vollyball court in Central band. The performance was total time of 4 mins 20 seconds. And that was the last time, Shiticide appeared publicly.But in the year 2005, the band got to together to record some new stuff as a new demo. That material of that session still has not be released but the band is waiting to find the right offer to have it released. But the session is a classic.In 2006, the band done two new tracks which we are going to feature here on myspace in the near future. The first track is called "Alienated Vomit Spawnig Puke" and the version here on myspace is special edit of the song for the whole song is 10:20 long. The other song is a fast grindcore song called "Puking The Bong".
