I like all things new.
John Mayer is my absolute favorite. I'm into Citizen Cope right now and I really like the Corrine Rae Bailey CD, but my favorites are continually being updated.I do like a little rap here and there. Biggie and Jay are my all time favorites.
I'm a movie nut - Love Jones is my all time favorite. Who doesn't want a Renaissance Man. I recently saw Yesterday. I grew right there watching the movie. Talk about strength of spirit and the power of forgiveness. I prefer dramas or a good comedy. No scary movies.
Curb Your Enthusiasm (Larry David is hilarious), Real Time with Bill Maher, The Office, Extras, and anything on Court TV, A&E, History Channel, or PBS (I love a good documentary), Martin re-runs......I can watch TV for hours at a time......people say TV is bad, but really it's about what you watch....there are some good programs out there
Song of the Trees and Roll of Thunder Hear My Cry by Mildred D. Taylor - I read these books when I was about 8 or 9 and it was the first time I had ever cried for fictional charaters with the exception of ET. I mean I thought about Cassie and Stacey every night. It really awakened in me a love for books. I generally prefer non-fiction, but I can appreciate a well-written novel.
My parents, committment is hard work.....and my grandmothers.....
