About Me

I write action fantasy fiction kinda stuff. None of this cheesy over-the-top cliche flooded asshattery. No, I'm not going to say all of it is original, nothing is entirely so. But the characters are believable within the story. None of this crap where those of supernatural abilities somehow transcend all other aspects of being human, despite being primarily so or similar. I could go on about it, or I could let it speak for itself once the first book is finished.
Elder Blood Teaser
Here's the back cover text for the first installment in the trilogy,
The Epimetheus Trial: Elder Blood
For many centuries, the continent of Ouristihra has existed in seclusion, sustaining itself through open trade among the nations. Recently, the northern outskirts of the archipelago have begun to show signs of an outside influence of unseen power. This persuasion threatens to infect the very heart of ArcNos, the military capital of Ouristihra.
Simultaneously, a nigh-forgotten humanoid race thought to have met with extinction begins reappearing in infrequent occurrences. An ancient race known as Hybrids, little is known about them, even by the handful born in this generation. Just as little is known about the source of the infestation in ArcNos, though there seems a connection between the two.
Scattered about the continent, The Hybrids find themselves crossing paths to join in spearheading an underground insurgence and salvation effort. Friend and family become foes as ArcNos and the rest of Ouristihra quickly fall into the days of ruin. Days whose first dawn is marked with the spilling of Elder Blood.

The Epimetheus Trial II Title
Like any good writer, I've already put quite a bit of planning into the upcoming installments of The Epimetheus Trial. While I haven't started writing the second book yet, I just wanted to announce that I've decided on a title.
The Epimetheus Trial: Into Antiquity
The Epimetheus Trial III
I've decided on a name for the final installment of the trilogy as well. Things happen in threes, right? Well the names came to me as such; convenient that I was planning a trilogy. Anyway, once it's out it'll be called The Epimetheus Trial: Beyond the Veil
So there you have it, the titles of the series before the first release date.
Elder Blood, Into Antiquity, and Beyond the Veil
Beyond the Trilogy
Recently, it's occurred to me that there will be a lot of loose ends at the end of the trilogy as I currently have it planned. I won't divulge the nature of them, but while they're not entirely necessary to mend, they are interesting enough to address further. Thus, I'll be working on a small series of spin-offs and continuations after the trilogy. Granted, this is still a few years away, but so far I'm thinking there are going to be a total of seven books in the anthology, a trilogy at the core with four more books addressing the before, after and perhaps the meanwhile.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

All men control their own destiny. Thus the only true victims are that of their own consequence. Though we are the Avatars of Fate, none are to blame for the results of one's actions aside from oneself. This is the principle of The Epimetheus Trial, and it shall not be contested.

I've got ideas rattling all around in my mind, most of them under pretty decent control. Yet, when I go to write, it all feels forced. And at times, it's as though I can't even remember what I wrote e...

A brilliant idea.

Originally, I intended for each copy of The Epimetheus Trial: Elder Blood to start off at a flat rate of $15/copy + shipping. Keep in mind, it's going to be approximately 500 pages, so this is actuall...
