My love for music began when I was a little girl manipulating chords and rhythms of my piano assignments to sound the way I wanted them to. Maybe that should be my first "writing" credit? After that it was singing in church choirs to finally picking up the guitar in college. My intention was to only learn a few chords so I could follow along with a praise band, but this turned into a full blown passion and need in my life for writing and performing.Although music is a huge passion for me, the most gratifying and heart fulfilling joy that I have is my son and my husband... my "boys". Becoming a mother has brought me to a place emotionally and physically in maturity, awareness, and conscience that I NEVER knew existed. (I think I just heard the "Amens" echoing from all the mothers out there). It's an amazing God-given miraculous gift that I will be forever grateful to be a part of.Those who know me, know that I can be as sensitive as a raging sunburn, but I LOVE to make people laugh, often at my own expense... haha. Music, being an obvious outlet for me, is a great way for me to express who I am and what I feel, and I encourage anyone out there to do the same.Send me a comment! I'd love to chat with you.
