Jean Curley

Jean Alison Curley 8-24-1983Jean was born in Stevens Point Wisconsin and later moved to Madison Wisconsin where she spent most of her youth. She always had a heart for music and began singing in kindergarten. She was involved in vocal performances throughout her middle and high school years. She has worked with Tanner Music Studios in Racine, Wisconsin and performed vocals for commercials, including Toyota. Jean has performed for the last two years in many local clubs in the Madison area and has won various open mike contests. She applied to and auditioned for Musician’s Institute where she began school in October of 2005. Jean’s music is influenced by the great Aretha Franklin, Bob Marley and Janis Joplin to name only a few. She is a talented lyricist as well as musician. Her music reflects the soul and love that defines her. Jean lives to make music, now the world can share in this talent.
