About Me

I love animals.... which may seem incredibly obvious for those who actually know me. I quit my job (back in dec '05)of nearly five years at a local animal park working as an aviculturist (birds-fyi). I miss it terribly, but have just had my first child (little Makayla) and am a stay at home mommy now, and have to admit it is a much more satisfying job by far. Also, I love photography... and have my own business and website @ www.squeekphoto.com and also have other stuff posted on: http://flickr.com/photos/squeekerd1/the first site is newer and is more of the business part of my photography, while the flickr site is more of my personal stuff... but feel free to check it all out. =) I post daily, and always welcome comments and criticism. My Interests

dancing, gaming, music and of course, photography. I'm on flickr if you wanna check out my stuff... I post daily....Dancing is specifically swing dancing, though we don't do it that often anymore. ANIMALS- especially birds since they have been a huge part of my life and career for sooo long, but reptiles too... we have a few as pets. I recently have decided to learn to play guitar too.... I think I'm doing pretty good actually. And it's fun to pick up an instrument again... since I don't play my sax or clarinet much anymore. More importantly, I love me time with my best friend/hubbie and daughter, Makayla.=)

Music:

yes, I love music.... =)Up & Down

Movies:

Fav's are: Harry Potter series, Lord of the Rings series, Star Wars - I like them all but the originals I find myself watching more often. I also tend to love anything out of pixar.

Television:

We all watch alot of T.V. in this house... alot. But anyway... Survivor is a big one I love, and Amazing Race. I also recommend Psych on USA if you've yet to see it. It's one of my favs! Oh, and don't forget "The Office"- I love it!

Books:

My absolute fav is Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy. If you havn't read it, I recommend you do at some point. Also, all the harry potter books. They are of course, AWESOME!=)
